First of all it is the biggest myth of all that one can loose fat from a particular area, so crunches, leg press would not help in loosing fat.
What they do is strengthen muscles, but people over work them thinking by doing more crunches they will loose fat off the belly. WRONG! They just end up hurting their muscles by over working them and hence tearing down more muscles in process.
NOW IF YOU SERIOUSLY WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT
Good Diet is must, good diet doesnt mean eating less, but eating smart, BEST WAY TO KNOW IS WHAT SHOULD U EAT IS by GOING TO A NUTRITIONIST.
Also combination of excersises which includes cardio,cross training, light weight lifting, toning and importantly stretching excersises.
Swimming,aerobics are best, also playing a sport helps.
I HOPE THIS HELPS AND ALWAYS SEE YOURSELF AS BEAUTIFUL AND SKINNY- MIND WORKS WONDERS!

I was 120poundss and with some hard work and 2 weeks or maybe a little more cause where all different i lost 10 pounds i walked and ran thtreadmillll 4 miles a day ate good food and when i ran i used weight only 10 pounds but now my stomach is skinny and so is my legs and butt and i have strong arms too .hope it works good luck

The first thing you have to do is get your diet in gear. Try eating egg whites for breakfast. Eat lean meat and green vegetables as your main meals. Snack on apples. Nothing else. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
For exercises,
1. Push-ups -aim to do 35. When these get comfortable, add bench press 3 times a week, skipping a day in between. This will build muscle in your chest, shoulders and arms.
2. Long Arm crunches. These work way better than regular crunches. Work up to 50 a day.
3. Kick boxing -1 hour 3 times a week
