How Do I Lose The Fat In My Chest To Prevent It From Lookin Like A Woman’s Chest Or As They Say “man Bo*bs”?

im like 180 pounds and i want to lose this fat chest. what exercises/diets should help with this problem? and for how long should i do it. thanks a lot.

you need to lift weights to tone the muscles in your chest. that will get rid of the man boobs (along with a healthy diet! & regular cardio)

Whatever you do, don’t listen to the person who said eat soy. ANYTHING with soy in it will cause breast development in men (some more than others). I myself had a problem with man bo*bs, also known as gyno. And all my dieting and weightlifting helped minimally. The only way to get rid of them is through dangerous medicines or surgery. I myself chose surgery. You may have better luck than me at this, depending on how old you are (after puberty, it tends to go away in males), and your diet. There are several medicines, and foods which cause breast development. Stay away from them.
One of the best things the doctor said I could do besides the previously mentioned meds which are given to women with breast cancer(harmful to breast tissue) was to take flax seed oil. It is very cheap.

In order to burn the fat in your chest, do a lot of reps of whatever exercise you do. Of course you should diet, but that’s a given. Try doing bench presses for reps of 15-20. Also do many pushups. Try doing this twice a week, say once on monday and once on thursday or friday. If you get into a little routine it will be a lot easier. Also make sure you do some cardio and try to do that 3-4 times a week. Try this and I guarentee noticable results in 2-3 weeks.

I would suggest doing push-ups and sit ups to get rid of your moobs. It will take a lot of effort though. Just don’t wear tgh shirts though. One of the guys at my school did it and trust me, chicks DON’T dig it.

Eat soy protein to produce more growth hormone 1/2 hour before work out. Take cayenne pepper pill, dhea, chromium picolinate, cinnamon pills, potassium. This help produce more male hormones, testosterone, adrenaline. Eat things that cuts colesterol, like garlic, lemon, fiber, enzymes, flax oil, biotin, vitamin C, vitamin beta A carotene. A health food store can help you find nutritional products that will help you.
