You’re right to do cardio, which is important in burning fat, but you didn’t give us information on your diet. Maybe you’re not eating enough fruits and vegetables. Yellow vegetables, such as carrots and squash, help burn midsection fat. Also try green tea, not those Arizonas or Liptons in a bottle, but the tea bags that you brew in hot water. It’s supposed to help you shed fat. But it’s important that you sip it plain, no sugar, not even artificial sweetener. Also, don’t get too stressed out-cortisol is the ultimate waistline destroyer, which is why dieters still have fat around their middles, because dieting is stressful.

well, to lose one pound, you have to burn 3500 calories. if that helps any… curl-ups, sit-ups, and crunches are all good. if you run that will help all over. When you are sitting or standing for a long period of time, try and work your stomach muscles to keep them working out. it may only burn 50 calories, but that is still burning 50 calories. ya. hope it helps.
