How Do I Lose Excess Fat At Chest Area?

Posted on 01. Feb, 2010 by admin in Man Boob Forum

I’m 14, a junior and I have a bit of excess body fat all-around. I’m not obese, not overweight, but “at risk at being overweight”. I have small manboobs and I want to know how I could lose it? Do I need to work on my pecs? I heard to work on my pecs, I should do bench presses. How would I lose this excess fat?
Please no lame, stupid, useless answers. Only constructive answers please.

Everyone has a problem spot. It can be around the stomach, thighs, arms or chest. No matter where your trouble spot is, the solution is exactly the same. You need to eat less and exercise more. The reason why there’s only one solution for all of these problems is because it’s impossible to tell your body where to burn the excess fat from.
When you eat too many calories, your body stores the excess energy as fat in different areas around the body. To lose this fat, you need to create a calorie deficit (eat less than you burn) to force your body to start burning that fat for energy. There is absolutely no way to control where your body goes to find this extra fat.
The larger your calorie deficit (a bigger calorie deficit means a bigger difference between what you eat and what you burn) the faster your body will burn excess fat and the quicker your body fat percentage will start to decrease. You can increase your calorie deficit by cutting your daily intake and exercising more. Sit ups will do nothing to target the fat around your abs just like squats will do nothing to target the fat around your thighs. Losing weight is simply a matter reducing your calorie intake. It takes 3500 extra calories to gain 1 pound of fat and 3500 calories less to lose one pound of fat.
Eat low-calorie foods such as fruits, veggies, lean meats, and nonfat dairy. There is also lots of evidence to suggest that reducing your carbohydrate intake will help with fat loss. Carbohydrates come from foods like rice, pasta, bread, and anything sugary.
Exercise to burn additional calories. Running is the most efficient way to burn calories. It burns about 120 per mile. Look for every opportunity to burn calories that you can. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Park in a farther spot.

you totally need to work on your pecs and then the man-fat will dissipate as the muscle is built up.
Drink lots of water, eat clean protein and veggies and you should be OK….get rid of the boy-boobs now so you dont have man-boobs when you’re 30.
