How Do I Lose Body Fat On My Upper Chest, And On My Buttox?

Listen, this might sound weird or something, but how do i lose body fat on my upper chest (Man Boobs) , and on my buttocks. Im a dude. A lot of people say it’s part of my puberty, but it’s not.

I think the easiest way to do this is find the squat rack at your local gym.
Start with incline bench presses and squats. Those two are the best at targeting those two problem areas of yours, all on one machine.
That and cardio.

first thing u should do is cardio
cardio workout will burn a lot of the excess fat you may be carrying
i suggest jogging 3-4 a week for about 15-20 minutes.
also doing pushups will help decrease the man boobage
and squats will help the butt
do pushups and squatts 3 times a week along with running and ull notice a difference in a month or so

i would say the best way to lose upper body fat is to workout in the gym and replace the body fat with lean muscle by doing the bench press or other machines, and also if ur looking 2 lose some fat off ur buttocks i would recommend doing squats also at the gym. if u do not hav a gym then just do 3 sets of 12 push ups a day although this wud take longer..

there is no way to lose in specific ares, you have to lose fat all together, so run run run and eat well
