		<description>You really need to be looking at your nutrition to lose body fat because you sound like you are fairly active. 
To lose body fat you need to start eating at least 5 - 6 small meals during the day consisting of wholegrain foods, eggs, lean meats, chicken, turkey, good nuts and oils and fresh fruit and vegs. The reason for this is to keep your metabolism up and going so when you do exercise you body will use its stored fat for energy. This will reduce body fat.
In regards to what you should eat before or after your exericse it really depends. Some people belive in protein shakes and such, while others say eating a banana after exercise is good for you too. Because you are not body building or training to be an elite athlete I would say in your case it most likely won&#039;t make much of a difference what you eat b4 or after your exercise.
