How Do I Lose Body Fat And Chest Fat?
Posted on 24. Feb, 2010 by admin in Man Boob Forum
I’m a male. 5 foot 6 inches. I’m turning 16 in the beginning of September. Before I played football for my high school, I was all fat and no muscle. Now I have a lot of muscle in my arms and abs. I still have a lot of fat left. I want to get rid of it all. And I want to get rid of my man boobs. What can I do to tone my body and remove most of the fat? I don’t have any exercise equipment at home. I will be getting a treadmill soon though. But what are some good exercises I can do without exercise equipment to remove my body fat? I made an exercise plan for myself. Please tell me what you think and what should be added/changed:
Run for and hour on a treadmill
Do 20 push ups and 100 sit ups and 100 crunches (increase push ups by 5 every week)
Will this work? And what are some foods I should eat before and after I do this exercise plan? Should I not eat anything at all before I work out? I heard that the body will eat its own fat cells for fuel when you are depleted of food energy. Is that true? Please help me out! Thank you so much!

You really need to be looking at your nutrition to lose body fat because you sound like you are fairly active.
To lose body fat you need to start eating at least 5 – 6 small meals during the day consisting of wholegrain foods, eggs, lean meats, chicken, turkey, good nuts and oils and fresh fruit and vegs. The reason for this is to keep your metabolism up and going so when you do exercise you body will use its stored fat for energy. This will reduce body fat.
In regards to what you should eat before or after your exericse it really depends. Some people belive in protein shakes and such, while others say eating a banana after exercise is good for you too. Because you are not body building or training to be an elite athlete I would say in your case it most likely won’t make much of a difference what you eat b4 or after your exercise.
Hope this was somewhat helpful.
