I understand where your coming from and have solved this problem myself just recently. First off, stay away from cheeseburgers and fatty stuff. Running is a good solution to burn fat anywhere on your body, but you want to target the chest area specifically. In my case, I hit the gym everyday for about six months, and that worked pretty well let me tell you. Lost about 30lbs and couldnt be happier. Anyways, to get rid of the man boobs, bench presses. Elevated, and regular are your best bet. Start off small, your not trying to impress anyone at the gym, you want to burn off that fat before you start thinking about muscle. Running is a major bonus, but it all comes down to diet. Think about getting some no-explode, great for stamina, and makes you want to never leave the gym.

Since you have excess fat around your chest, you should put more focus on diet and cardio to trim body fat. You should do at least 20 minutes of cardio a day, whether it be running, biking or some sports activity that raises your heart rate zone to the point in which you will burn calories.
In terms of exercises, the best method to build the pectorals (chest) without question is doing bench presses. You can either use a bar or dumbbells, doing 4 or 5 sets with 8-10 repititions. If you don’t have access to equipment, doing push-ups will suffice when it comes to “toning” the chest.
Exercise is just half the battle as the diet is just as important. Eliminate all sugars, wheat, gluten (found in bread and pasta), dairy and anything that is processed.
Eat plenty of lean meats (i.e. chicken and turkey) and fishes, vegetables, fruits in the morning. Nuts are good source of protein and natural fat that your body requires. Bake, broil, or grill your food instead of frying. Remember to drink plenty of water.
Good luck!

You’re on the right track! Congrats to your health. Yes, keep doing your cardio (running, etc) and to attack that “man boob” area, make sure you keep doing your bench presses. Also, don’t neglect the rest of your upper body. If you only focus on the chest area, you could get bad posture, plus look and feel a little “off”. But back to the chest that you’re concerned about, the more muscle you have in your pecs the faster the muscle it will burn the fat around it. Keep in mind that this may take a while, so don’t give up! Good luck!

You have to work with that one machine that you are sitting down and your arms are holding these levers on both sides and depending on the amount of resistance you have on it, your goal is to bring your arms in together to the front of your chest. Ugh I forgot what the name of it is called but hope the description helps you get an idea

cutfat out of your diet. do 50 pushups every day (either in the morning or at night, whatever is better for your schedule). now if you cant do 50 straight, then do two sets of 25. also, you should go to the gym and check out a bench press.

Dude, some guys just have man boobs. It’s as simple as that. Jeans, noting you can do about it. You could even get breast cancer too. Get checked out. As far as weight loss, it’s nothing complicated. More activity, less food.

I think it depends…supposedly during puberty every boy has man boobs at one point or another, but usually lose them unless they are pretty fat. Just dieting in general or exercising will get rid of them, from my experience

Yes, do pushups. i would do 50 in the morning and 50 at night. Along with many other exercises such as bench press.
