How Do I Loose Butt And Man Boob Fat?

i am a 15 y/o male. i am 5′10”. i recently went from 215 pounds to 168 pounds. i have lost a lot of the fat but still have a lot of butt and man boob fat. i still want to loose a lil more weight, how do i do this now?

I have started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 117lbs

TRY THIS, and stick to it.
The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change.
Results will be in about the same time
Fruits and Veggies
Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.
Don’t eat anything that comes in a can, box or package….
…..THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD…..
If man made it, don’t eat it
NO white BREAD or SUGAR
NO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and Calories
NO FRIED FOOD…
Stay away from FAST FOOD
NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS
Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog
Don’t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change
I have lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………
Write down every thing you eat
take a multivitamin at night

Run sprints Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning before you eat breakfast and cut sweets and soft drinks out of your diet. Also, avoid pasta whenever possible. If you don’t feel like that is enough, you can speed up your weight loss process by using squat thrusts or mountain climbers for tabata sprints on Tuesday and Thursday mornings before you eat breakfast. Google tabata sprints, they are way to hard to explain. But if you do that workout, five days a week, along with the diet alteration, you will notice a serious change after two weeks.
Do a round of body weight exercises in the evening on Wednesdays and in the morning on Saturdays. This will add some serious definition, muscle mass, and strength like you wouldn’t believe. These consist of chin ups, pull ups, push ups, handstand push ups.
Forget ab workouts, they are already covered through sprinting and pull ups.

I don’t know on how to lose man boobs but you can turn it into muscle, work on upper body and look online how to get pex, for the butt i’m not sure but the internet is useful for stuff like that, just make sure you don’t waste money on stupid EBook and diets unless u wana lose more weight i know that nutrisystem is godly

having been the same way for most of my life ( and even a bit now) i can understand you want to lose weight.
I’ve searched everywhere for the answer.
nobody wants to exercise….
i didn’t….
still don’t…
what i have found has worked is to eat a lot slower. Eat good food and try to go out more often.
oh and the love of a women never hurt
but your too young for that last one lol

Eat a healthy diet and balanced meals everyday. Try to lay off the fast-food and sweets for a while. (I know it’s hard but beauty is pain). Exercise daily or every other day. Take a jog around the neighborhood and do some push-ups. Also, drink plenty of water. This will help flush out the toxins in your body.

you shouldn’t loose the fat, just make it into muscle by tht i mean try this product protein powder it has like 35g of protein and all u do is excersise then drink the protein powder,. It comes in flavers like vanilla and chocolate

2 options
Build muscle mass Eg. weight training in the target areas.
OR
Increase you cardio fitness.Eg. distance running/cycling.
Either way the fat will go. It should be pretty easy, seeing as you are 15.

Do some sit-ups and eat things that are healthy maybe get a pet like a dog that you have to walk
