How Do I Get Rid Of My Chest Fat In 5 Weeks?

ok i am 14 year old and i broke my knee in football season and i’ve gained alot of weight in my chest area and i need to get back in shape but with out the running becasue my knee could give out or i might need surgery again so what are ways with out using your knees to lose you chest fat aka man boobs

generally speaking, you can’t really decide where your body loses weight. You just gotta lose weight. Eat less, exercise more. I know there was some study a while back where they said there was some truth to the whole “spot losing thing.” But I think the best advice is just to focus on losing weight, not trying to lose weight just in one area.

well it depends how strong your body is, but you could try one legged skipping? my brother did that when he had an ankle injury. and it seemed to work fine for him! (Y)

Well, maybe wait for your knee to heal? Cardio is the fastest way.
Maybe try swimming if you can.

you can try swimming, if you can.. or to target the chest area do light push ups… so it can burn the fat around that area and build some muscle.
do like 5 sets of 5 reps or something.
