		<description>if you walk around your block a few times every day and do like 50 sit ups a day that will help you loose weight.  Eat a lot of fruits and veggies and stay away from fatty foods like chips, candy, and cookies.

If you keep a detailed diary of what you eat you will be shocked at how much crap you consume in a week, even if you believe you eat well.
Also keep in mind that (despite what TV ads tell you) you cannot &quot;target&quot; fat loss to certain parts of the body, so if you run and eat well... you will lose weight. </description>
