iono im a thin dude but just out of shape
help?
like diet plans?
workout plans?

Run 20 minutes 3 times a week and eat well. Really, thats all there is to it.
If you keep a detailed diary of what you eat you will be shocked at how much crap you consume in a week, even if you believe you eat well.
Also keep in mind that (despite what TV ads tell you) you cannot “target” fat loss to certain parts of the body, so if you run and eat well… you will lose weight.

if you walk around your block a few times every day and do like 50 sit ups a day that will help you loose weight. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies and stay away from fatty foods like chips, candy, and cookies.
