If you ask me, biking isn’t going to be getting rid of man-boobs. In order to lose weight, I would say a nice balance of “portioned” meals that are healthy and exercise will do amazing wonders. I think it might take some time before your body will eliminate the man-boobs. Your body has to burn more fat than your bringing in. I’m no doctor, but maybe it’s a good question to ask your doctor. How you can make a difference in your health.

Do your research online and become very informed. The condition that you have is called gynecomastia. Look it up on the web and understand it before you go to your parents. They will be impressed that you did your research and be more open to listen to your concerns. Good luck.

just show it to your them , and he will be concerned about it more than you are,
they are your parents, nothing to be embarrassed of
and if you don’t say a word about it , you will have to live with it
what do you choose ^_^?

You have two choices: 1. keep up the hard work and it will happen. 2. “Mom, Dad, you know that episode of Seinfeld? Well, I’m going to need a bro.”

your better off in the long run just waiting for them to go because they will go away in a few years if you are active. It’s just what some boys go through during puberty, it’s normal really. And if you do have surgery yo will ALWAYS have the scar.

like this: Mum, Dad I want man boob surgery, I’m sick of not having any!
Seriously, a lot of boys go through it during puberty and again at various times of life, man boobs are nothing to be ashamed of and other kids will always find something to tease you about.
Firstly Riding a bike? Works out the legs and little else. So not gonna do jack all for man boobs,
I’d suggest a good diet, a mixture of exercise, exercises that aim at the chest, e.g weights, push ups.
and lastly Get over it, your a kid, you’ll out grow this stuff if not, it’s who you are. best thing in life is accept who you are or you’ll be finding faults in yourself all the time, and geez see I’m to my 30’s and my man boob’s are slowly coming back too.
So don’t stress.
oh and don’t get medical advice from a place like the internet where many things can cause your conditon.
or you may think you have
