There is no such thing as “spot reduction”. You don’t choose where to lose the fat from. You body will lose it from everywhere at the same time. But, you can add muscle to specific areas that you choose. The link below shows several exercises to add muscle to your chest. Add a couple of these to your full body workout.
Your diet is a very important part that can’t be forgotten. To lose the fat, cut back on your calories, and make sure you eat healthy. Try to get plenty of proteins and good carbs in your diet, and cut out the high fat foods and refined sugars. Try for a 40/40/20 split (protein/carbs/fat).

Are you going to gym? Gyming at home? Do you have equipment like barbells or dumbbells? if not, try this:
First you need to get strength and burn some fat by:
1: 3 sets of pushups: 15 – 20 reps.
3 sets of pushups: as much as you can after the above.
2: When you get stronger try pushups with your feet on a chair
and your hands on the floor.

Keep on doing regular exercise. The best one for this is psuh up. The other way is, if u got Astha Channel in ur television network, (its a Hindi Channel basically) there is a program of Swami Ram Dev Baba. Follow his yoga and his instructions, u will get rid of all the physical problems.
