Pushups. A ton of pushups. Bench press if you have it.

you have to loose the fat first so dont eat bad food. otherwise the muscles will build up behind the boobs and push them out further. but once you have lost the weight push ups kick *** for that muscle group

Lose some weight and build muscle. If you can’t get to workout equipment, push ups will work.

cardio is what you need most right now. Jogging is pretty much the best for that. Muscle will only be covered up by your fat.

None of these people are right. My husband is a fitness trainer and also a bodybuilder. There is no way you can lose your man boobs with any type of weight training or muscle building like chest-ups, push ups, and other. They are meant to work out your muscles. You actually gain more man boobs because there is muscle under that meat that you have on your chest. If you do all that you gain more meat because your building muscle underneath. Proper way to is to burn calories that will help you burn fat. My suggestion to you is that you do cardio exercise every day. It includes running,jogging,bicycling, and other. If you do this every day and increase your speed and/or distance every week for 3 months i guarantee you you’ll lose all and if not most of your body fat.

ok …start with push ups and then start with benching …even if you dont see fast results ..believe me it will start to show soon enough! gl

get rid of some of the fat in your diet. and work your pecs more
