How Can I Lose This Extra Fat?

i am 5′ 10” and i weigh 180 pounds.
I am currently jogging 4 miles every day, and Dieting.
im total i lost about 30 pounds BUT still have belly fat and chest fat. (man boobs).
i NEED to lose this belly and chest fat. but how? what weight do i need to get down to for a flat stomach and chest?

Targetted weight loss is quite tough, many people would declare impossible, however the sole diet which definitely worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials in stock, it was highlighted in Reader’s Digest and USA Today. I lost 25 pounds, it definitely does produce success!

Do 20 sit ups every night before you go to sleep. You’ll be surprised but in 4 or 5 weeks your stomach and chest will start to tighten up.
