How Can I Lose Man Boobs And Love Handles Fast?

I am a 15 year old boy and I weigh 166 pounds. I have medium sized man boobs and love handles. I really want to lose them before the summer. My goal weight is 133 pounds. I don’t want to hear about pills or books or surgery. Please help me!

I went from 206 to 189 in slightly over a week just from drinking 6-8 glasses of water per day, no other changes; so those results were impressive when just adjusting ONE little thing and doing nothing else different. (I hate lots of water, so it was a big adjustment for me.) It’s hard to stick to something (at first) if you’re not used to it, but flushing the body with water will show you that a surprising amount of your body fat is tied to it. Other “cheap tricks” -but are good things- that will drop weight is lowering your sodium intake; it can make a big difference in pounds over a short time if you’re also drinking extra water. A friend of mine dropped surprising weight just lowering her sugary drinks for extra water but didn’t lower her sodium. It’s surprising what little changes can make a big difference, or combination of changes to make even more impressive differences. Of course I’m not steering you from exercise and I especially need to “keep going” at that too, most of us do -hah…..and you DO have to keep a positive mind & goal with it & learn to stick with it (sticking with it is a lot harder than it sounds so you might stumble a few times, but you’ll get it within a few tries.) ….so yes; there are EASY THINGS you can adjust in your week without pills or books -and still get results. High salt and high sugar intake have surprising affects on fat.
Outside of a good starer exercise routine….if you’re having a hard time sticking to meal adjustments and keep failing, but don’t want to get into pills…try an occasional Slim Fast or one of their candy bars. My experience is that they do work in helping to adjust to new things, get you between meals and control/lose weight….even if they market themselves AS a meal –or want you to buy them all the time. I just used them to cheat during the tougher times of getting adjusted to a new lifestyle and it worked. You don’t have to follow any of their plans. Even not buying their products or competitor products, their website is pretty helpful with free advice on dieting/routines and had some cool measuring & goal-setting tools last time I checked.
That’s my input -at least as the “first steps” to start “easing into adjustments” because it can get tough fast, especially if you rush into it…so make bigger steps later as you gain more control over your habits. Check out an occasional magazines like Men’s Health, etc. They’re full of food recipes, weight advice, healthy living, etc.
Again, lots of little things you can do to start with and get results that will urge you to do more & more, easier. The above might sound like too little or not enough info for starters, but you’ll find that starting small with weight loss/exercise & healthy living will get you a LOT further than rushing into full routines. The pattern for losing weight is not difficult – eat less and workout more often – the difficulties appear when we in reality try to put that into operation! There are a lot of stumbling blocks out there don’t you think?! Try purchasing an Ab King Pro they have done wonders for me and i advise it to any one who wants to tone up fast.
