How Can I Lose Chest Fat And Get Muscle?

i bench alot but i still have some chest fat i am 16 5′9″ and weigh 153 pounds i used to weigh 180 pounds when i was 13-14 thats why i still have fat but i want to lose all that chest fat
plz help!!!!!!!

you have work out those chest muscles very correctly.you may need to lose more weight.but also you should do chest exeercies such as hand weights, push ups anything that targets the chest area.since the man breast is composed of mostly fat you have to turn that fat into muscle. muscle takes up less space. remember the more muscle you build the less fat on your chest you will have. good luck!!

Try crunches or an accordion crunch where you touch your elbows to your knees while in a crunch-style position. Try running a bit too.
