well im a 15 year old boy and im 5′3 and i weigh 138
and i have the perfect push up

dude I was in a position like that once, do these 3 things and I PROMISE you will get results fast.
1.) Cardio work, Jogging, Biking (my favorite), hiking, ANYTHING that gets you out and moving. oh and do it EVERYDAY for at least 30 minutes
2.) really watch what you eat and how much you eat. No junk food, no chips, soda or anything like that. try fruits veggies and lean meat instead
3.) that perfect pushup thing you have, good start. I have one and I like it alot. It gets a good decline if you use it right. so anyways start lifting, start out light and go for quality not quantity. if you start out heavy your bound to either hurt yourself or get frusterated and give up.
so yeah do those 3 things and you’ll get results pretty damn fast I might say. good luck

You will or already probably going through body shape changes right now. Maybe not at the rate that you would like …
There is no way to selectively trim fat from the body by exercise. You need to make sure that your diet is right. Lower the amount of saturated fats the take in (MacDonalds is definitely not good for this) and you have a good exercise regime.

instead of the push ups, do crunches and sit ups. also try weight lifting.
