How Can I Lose Chest Fat?

I’m a 14 year old male who weighs 166 pounds. im 5′11 and i want to know effective ways to lose my chest fat cause i’ve been struggling with it and its very annoying.
i’m currently trying to lose weight, im doing cardio, i’ve been going to cross country practices every week, and i also want to gain muscles on my chest after i lose the fat. please tell me what workouts i can do that can help me lose my chest fat. thanks!
p.s. surgery will not be part of my routine

Dude.
Just work out upper body.
If you eat well, and run. you’re golden.
Benchpress light weights.
Pullups.
Military press.
Dumbell pressing.
Get to work.

Well call them Criss Cross Crunches try saying that 30 times. Well anyways your answer cross your arms on your chest and do around 250 crunches a night 3 days a week for 6 months.
