How Can I Lose A Lot Of Belly, Chest, And Moob (man Boob) Fat Before Spring Break?

Sit ups for the gut, and flies for the boobs, some shoulder work too will help for shape,
a tip would be to actually build your chest to make your stomach look smaller in comparison, if a t shirt hangs from your chest straight down,, even if your belly sticks out a bit it may be hidden,
depends on the extend to your problem,
be active, eat right, healthy and amounts,,, is all easy to say,
the trick is to do.

Contrary to popular belief, you dont need to cut down on how much you eat… just the type of stuff you eat. I had to lose 40 pounds to go into the military about 2 years ago. I used to eat mac donalds and chinese everyday, obviously thats not going to help, so instead of eating fried chicken all day, eat baked chicken and take the skin off, its lean good meat, cut back on delicious steaks and pork… hit up the gym and do compound workouts like dumbbell press and do sets of about 12-15 making sure 13-15 are almost impossible to do. But also you have to workout your back just as hard so your shoulders dont grow inward. to get rid of the belly, do leg raises, and crunches.

um I say to go to the gym ALOT and dont eat junk food what so ever just eat like salad or fruit…..eat healthy……drink juice, water…..DONT DRINK soft drinks
also dont take weight loss pills because then when you loose all your fat in like 2 weeks you will gang it back!!!!!!!

Man boobs are highly attractive to the opposite sex. Why would you want to lose those? Assuming you never marry, at least you have your own boobs to cuddle with on those cold lonely nights.

rowing. get an erg ( a rowing machine)
I recently just joined a rowing team in Chicago and god I’ve never had harder work outs in my entire life, and trust me I play a ton of sports.
