I am 12 years old and 5 foot 8 and 123 pounds. I play 4 sports too. I have very tiny small man boobs that are really fell like fatty jello but very small. I need to lose them complety in 2 months and get a small six-pack

At 12 if you have small man boobs it may be because you body is not producing testosterone…or maybe because it’s producing estrogen. That is not something you can change because how masculine a man is (based on how much testosterone he produces) is based on exposure to testosterone when you are still in the womb. So if you have man boobs now, they will probably only get bigger in the future…

excersize & change your diet, cut down on carbs. also look for ab workouts on youtube or something. you’ll get into shape if you stick with the plan daily. however i’m not sure how far you’ll get considering you’re 12 & most of it is baby fat. you’ll grow out of that.
