Yes indeed Hat is a good exercise lol.
No seriously, you can’t choose the places you will lose fat, you can only really lose weight all over with consistant exercise and a good diet.

In order to lose body fat you have to do at least 20 min of exercise where the heart is in the “Fat Burning Zone”. This varies on age, weight and height, but information can be found at http://exercise.about.com/cs/cardioworko…

The first initial weight loss is water and occurs in the first 2 weeks, and as long as you ensure you stay hydrated you will prevent your body from retaining this excess water in the future. Once you have done this you can begin to burn excess fat efficiently, just be patient, and remember to start of slow and build up! Too many people take on too much too soon and expect too much! Slow and steady does indeed win this race!
p.s. also be sure to eat something in the “golden hour” after exercise, I recomment a fruit bar or a bowl of cereal!

There’s no one exercise to recommend. You need a balanced program of the right kind of exercises coupled with the right kind of diet.
