Gynecomastia Or Pseudogynecomastia???

As you can see from the title, I can’t distinguish these ‘anomalies’. I’m worried person who surely has one of these.
I have that from puberty and now I still have it (I’m 20). It’s certainly not from the fatness (I have never been fat).
I have something hard around my nipples, but it doesn’t hurts me. Also the niples are something puffy. When it’s cold they get back to normal. I have tried with trainings and pushups but it’s imposible to eradicate the hard thing and ‘liquid’ around my nipples.
I went to doctor and he said: ” Not all people are child of one mother”. And I’m really woried since that time. I know that there’s a way to fix it with surgery, but does anyone know a different way to get rid of it, any medicals? I know for the medical called “gynexin”, but it doesn’t help.
I also want to hear the idea from post-surgery experienced persons. Also, the answer of my first question, is it gyno or pseodogyno?
Any useful answers will be very much appreciated. Thank You.

Pseudogynecomastia is a condition caused by excess body fat or just generally being overweight.
Gynecomastia is the more general terms for the condition of “man boobs”. With Gynecomastia, man boobs are characterized by puffy nipples, gland like swelling under the breast tissue and fatty (adipose) tissue.
General gynecomastia can be caused by hormonal imbalances as you mention with your experience through puberty.
Have you tried adding Turmeric to your diet? It’s an indian spice that naturally raises testosterone levels and helps burn excess chest fat.

If it is true gynecomastia then there is nothing but surgery that will help it. Much like woman who diet, workout, etc to loose that “belly pouch” it just won’t happen. Here is a couple links that may help you under stand both of these abnomolies better.http://www.drmelton.com/Chicago/Liposuct…http://pediatrics.about.com/od/teenagers…http://content.karger.com/ProdukteDB/pro…
