Gynecomastia Or Pseudogynecomastia ???

As you can see from the title, I can’t distinguish these ‘anomalies’. I’m worried person who surely has one of these.
I have that from puberty and now I still have it (I’m 20). It’s certainly not from the fatness (I have never been fat).
I have something hard around my nipples, but it doesn’t hurts me. Also the niples are something puffy. When it’s cold they get back to normal. I have tried with trainings and pushups but it’s imposible to eradicate the hard thing and ‘liquid’ around my nipples.
I went to doctor and he said: ” Not all people are child of one mother”. And I’m really woried since that time. I know that there’s a way to fix it with surgery, but does anyone know a different way to get rid of it, any medicals? I know for the medical called “gynexin”, but it doesn’t help.
I also want to hear the idea from post-surgery experienced persons. Also, the answer of my first question, is it gyno or pseodogyno?

I had surgery to correct my gynecomastia 2 years ago and am very happy with the results. I had tried everything from supplements to testosterone gels hoping that it would reduce or eliminate the problem but the only true solution for eliminating gynecomastia is surgery. Mine cost me $2500 in Houston, Texas, and it was money extremely well spent.
