Good Ways Of Losing Chest Fat?

I lift weights and exercise normally because I am in football but i still seem to have a little bit of fat around the gut and chest area aka man boobs…I know that theres muscle in my chest area b/c i can feel them when i flex but it seems like there isnt very much muscle in the middle and the way theyre formed now they seem pointy and goofy looking…I was just wondering if there were any lifts or exercises that I could do to solve this problem thanks

Bench, decline, flys, incline, variation of push-ups, dumb bell presses etc. all of these work the chest and if you can hit chest twice a week but vary which part you work you’ll have better results then just doing fly’s all week, doing cardio after you lift chest also helps get rid of the fat (yes there is such a thing as spot training) a good diet (go to the food pyramid it works!) with plenty of protein will help you build that muscle and shed the fat around those dreadful man boobs. Also these foods will boost your testosterone levels naturally (estrogen is most often the leading cause of man boobs and balancing out the levels is key)
High Testosterone foods:
Grapes
Corn
Almonds (almost any nut but almonds have the highest…)
Pineapple
Green Beans
Oranges
Broccoli
Onions
Berries
Estrogen Foods (bad for guys unless they want the women look)
Potatoes
Soy
Cucumbers
Most Dairy foods
Carrots
Cherries
Pumpkin
Yam
Dates
Peas

Well, you CAN’T lose fat from a certain area, your body sheds fat evenly all over the body. So if your after the fat in particular, then do cardiovascular exercise. And exercise around your pectoral region wouldn’t hurt either, it should counter act it and give no room for the fat that’s there.

push ups could help. or peck exercises or sit ups. also running will help no matter where you want to lose weight from. trust me, running does wonders.
