Do Push Ups Lose Chest Fat?

I want to lose some fat on my chest and i need some advice on wich cardio excercises and weight training i should do.

Eat less, move more. My mom tells my brother that all the time and it really is the best advice you can get. Monitor your caloric intake, you need to only be taking in about 1500-2000 a day, depending on your starting weight, to start dropping pounds (as long as you work out). More than this is excessive.
No exercise will target a certain area of fat on the body, you gain it where you gain it, and lose it where you lose it. Running will melt pounds if you are eating right, and a regular workout routine of basic exercises will help tone those muscles that you’re uncovering.

The most effective way to burn fat is to consume less food and exercise more often, the difficulties surface when we in reality try to put that into practice!
