spot reducing doesnt work, your chest will get muscualar, however there will still be fat there…. do cardio exersises to help burn fat…. ex running, biking, swimming, etc.

I think you also need to tone your body if you are worried about fat. So, in addition to your power-lifting, you should do low weight high reps, (like girls) because that builds muscle tone, which, lessens the appearance of fat.

The only way to burn fat is through lots and lots of cardio.
You can have some killer pecs, but if they’re covered in fat they might look more like man boobs than anything else. I’d say to incorporate some cardio into your routine and eat sensibly. The idea of bulking VS cutting only works if you’re currently on the juice. The idea is the roids cause you to bulk up, eat a lot and put on weight. If you just up the protein and eat sensibly you should have no issue doing it naturally.

Yeah but itll take a few months, you have to turn whats there into fat and the only way is to go hard, eat right and drink lotsa water to flush the body out all the time.
