Bench press (flat and incline). I found this really worked really well on my once man boobs.

If you’re specifically looking to lose chest fat I’d recommend doing an excessive amount of push ups. Such as military, standard, wide, decline ect. Do as many push ups as possible and that’ll help not only make you a lot stronger but will help burn calories. Also do chest excersises with dumbbells doing 12-15 reps will low weight that’ll help you tone up. Good Luck!

cardio (running) and diet(lean meats and protein …chicken turkey fish peanuts broccoli). You can’t target specific areas to burn fat. It’s been proven impossible you just have to do any exercise that will maintain and/or increase your metabolism. Good Luck
