you should also try to go swimming
it helps you lose overall body fat and tones you
if you want to turn some of that chest fat into muscle you can bench alittle bit(bench press- check google)
and for abs you should do crunches and leg raises(again check google)

you cant choose where you loose fat, you can only loose total body fat. the best way to loose fat is by eating 20% less than your daily caloric needs and working out (aerobic and weight training).
