Do 20 minutes cardio before and after your weights.  30 would be even better.  Cardio exercise burns much more calories per hour than does weight training.
If you really want to change your body composition, analyze how many calories you eat every day.  Cut that back to about 1500, and continue your exercise routine.</description>
