Best Way To Lose Chest Fat?

i have chest fat and it bothers me i wanna get rid of some at least and make a difference by august 20th.. is this possible?
P.S. im lifting weights and building muscle and running a bit on the treadmill each day.

Sounds like you’re doing everything you can except dieting.
The combination of less calories/carbs and exercise is all yu can do! No pain – no gain, still is true!

My friend is benching up to 300lbs everyday for 2yrs .
Still FAAAAAT .
That means you have to change your diet completely .

You need to eat less, especially salty or fatty foods, and do more long cardio.
Do 20 minutes cardio before and after your weights. 30 would be even better. Cardio exercise burns much more calories per hour than does weight training.
If you really want to change your body composition, analyze how many calories you eat every day. Cut that back to about 1500, and continue your exercise routine.

Pushups will help build definition instead of muscle mass, this probably what you wanna do. If your looking to get lean, try push-ups,sit-ups,pull-ups,dips, aerobic activities. Try exercises at low wieghts with a lot of reps. Eating right, and less of it is the best way to go.
