Im 16, 5″10, 155 lbs. I used to be pretty chubby, now I’m starting to slim down. I lost 15 lbs, but I can’t really notice any physical difference. I have small man boobs, and a little gut. Whats the quickest and most effective way to lose this fat. I play football 6 days a week, which includes 1hr intense weight lifting 5xweek, 6 days of conditioning, and afterwards I drink whey protein mix.

Try besides playing football to go swimming the breaststroke as vigorously as you can for at least 30 a few times a week.You get broader shoulders a broader chest:so you don’t notice those small man boobs any more and your legs get way stronger as well and loose weight too.
Avoid eating fatty foods like junk food ,sugared drinks:Eat a healthy diet and take smaller helpings then you were used to take
You will loose weight quick that way.
