Best Techniques For Losing Chest Fat?

I am a young man and I have extra fat on my chest area, and wondering best exercises/techniques for losing weight and replacing the fat with muscle as quick as possible, im up for intence work outs, thanks.

Weight training, high protein diet, lots of water.

First of all your body compositon is as much a reflection of your diet as it is your lack of exercise. Watch your intake of fats and bad carbs particularly sugar. Get down and do as many push ups as you can, with your back straight (no sagging in the middle). Buy a bike and ride 5 – 10 miles at least 3 times a week.

Spot reduction of fat from the body is a myth my friend. You need to shed body fat as a whole. Don’t think cardio. Low reps/heavy weight on compound moves such as squat, deadlift and bench press (which will also build your chest) will increase muscle over your whole body as well burning fat during the exercises, after the exercises (by raising your metabolism) and not forgetting that every pound of muscle you gain requires an extra 50 calories a day. Therefore gain 10 pounds of muscle = 500 calories a day used just sittin on your ***! Your chest will most definitely impress within a few months! P.s throw in some core exercises, fuctional exercises and stretching to maintain flexibilty and prevent muscle imbalances.

You can’t lose weight in one specific area, it doesn’t work like that. If you have moobs, it could be a hormone imbalance, or you are drinking too much alcohol. If you have excess weight evenly distributed, then it is diet you need plus bench press and press ups to firm up that area. Although, I would recommend all round weight training with heavy weights and low reps.

yea i know it sucks but its really hard
best thing to do is pushupsand do curls with yours arms
its harder to loss the fat then build the muscle
.
