The Modern Man Boob

Gynecomastia is a medical condition often referred to as the man boob. It can happen at any age and for a number of different reasons. The book you can locate to the right hand side is critically acclaimed at helping to resolve this problem and has been critiqued thoroughly by myself.

The major factor to a man developing the man boob is primarily over eating and fatty deposits accumulating over the pectoral muscle. This leads to a loss of definition in the pectoral. This is usually done over time as these fatty deposits add up, but if the male breast increases in size suddenly and becomes painful then medical intervention may be required.

Another reason a man boob may develop is simply a hormonal imbalance. The male hormone is called testosterone but as we get older testosterone is produced less frequently and in smaller quantities. A male will produce most of the testosterone he produces around his teenage years.

Around middle age however sometimes men can begin to produce the female hormone estrogen while can formulate chest fat or the dreaded man boob.

I lift weights and exercise normally because I am in football but i still seem to have a little bit of fat around the gut and chest area aka man boobs…I know that theres muscle in my chest area b/c i can feel them when i flex but it seems like there isnt very much muscle in the middle and the way theyre formed now they seem pointy and goofy looking…I was just wondering if there were any lifts or exercises that I could do to solve this problem thanks

I just found out (by implying, hinting, asking indirectly) the guy whom I really like is a “boob man.” I appreciate his honesty, but I can’t help feeling a little insecure about my body image. I have barely B cup breasts.
I am just wondering when a man says he’s a breast man, does he always mean “big breasts”? I am under the impression that he likes perky (No way sagging) breasts, (mine are perky) but I am too embarrassed to ask him about the size. How do I feel secure enough to tell him I am actually only B cup? (I have been wearing good Bra to show my cleavage, I am afraid he got the wrong impression.)
