No swimming does not make you lost a lot of wieght because you don’t sweat alot because your body is kept at a certain temperture so you won’t lose wieght at the chest.

swimming works all your muscle groups. it is the best exercise there is. the breast stroke is what I would recommend.

probly, cuz your using the muscles in your chest area when u swim with your arms and i heard swimming is one of the best excersises cuz it is gentle on bones and joints but works alot of your muscles so i think it will help alot. u should do some arm workouts too that use your chest muscles. find some on google or something

yea i was on swim team. its the best excersize you can do. like within halfa year i had 6 pack abs, a very developed chest and a kick butt body.
do like 10 sets of 100 freestyle, and then like 10 sets of 50 butterfly, and mix it up, dont jsut do one type of swim, do brest stroke and a bunch of others and mix up the sets like 5 50’s or 10 100’s of something else

This man culture is obsessed about boobs, and the majority of men, don’t care either way. I’m over my dating days, but, I’ve done my share of dating and I have seen it all. I’ve asked most of the men I dated, and most of them say, it does not matter to them at all. It’s the whole package. Unfortunately, I inherited 42D breasts from my mother and I hate, hate, hate it. They are no joy to carry around – back hurts, bras hurt and men stare — and I don’t want to be dated for because I have big boobs. If you do have a boyfriend/husband who is a boob man, you are lucky — that is such a senuous place for women to be aroused, but, they don’t know how to work ‘em. We are all different in what we like or what we look for., you decide, why do you have to wonder about if he’ll like my breasts? If someone loves you, they’ll love whatever size your breasts are. If a man wants you to get bigger breasts and pushes it, that’s not love.

I’m a breast man. This does not mean “big” at all. I like their softness, the way they fit a woman’s body, how she carries herself with them and presents them, I like nipples that are sensitive to my touch and nibble. None of this has to do with size. If you are worried about your relationship based on your boob size then perhaps you should pay attention to the messages you are sending yourself? Also, please be aware….no matter how much he likes your boobs (and I’ll bet he does) he will keep looking at others…its just the way we’re wired.

i was a swimmer back in hs and college, and i could not keep weight on when i swam every day. swimming is a great exercise and will burn alot of calories. you will lose fat over your entire body as it is nearly impossible to target reduce fat. when i trained for swimming, i did more than just swim laps. i did alot of interval training. it is higher intensity, burns more calories, and is more challenging and less boring than just doing laps. i can give u some example workouts if you are interested, you should also try to incorperate a weight training session 3 times a week with the swimming to help tone and build your muscles. you can do a whole body workout in about 30 minutes if you circuit train.
