How Many Sets/ Reps To Lose Fat Arms Ive Always Had?

im about 160 right now, ive lost 10 pounds in about 2 months. the fat on my stomach and legs has come off a bit but my arms have more or less stayed the same. they just have stretch marks on the back inside of my arms and on the sides i have a tiny bit. ive exercised on the machines at the gym for the chest, biceps, triceps and all that and it hasnt really done anything. my biceps are beginning to look kind of big and they say its impossible for girls to have huge muscles but ive always had big arms ever since i could remember…i DONT want big muscles! for the biceps ive done the machines of about 20-30 lbs (6 sets), the triceps ive done about 65 lbs with 6 sets of 20, and the muscle right next to my shoulder (forgot name) ive done 6 sets of 20 reps (20-30 lbs). am i doing too many sets or too many reps? all i want to do is lose overall fat and have toned muscles. i dont want big muscles. any ideas?
i go to the gym 4-5 times a week for about 1 hour. 30 minutes with weights and 30-40 minutes doing cardio (stairmaster or elliptical).

Alright guys heres what I’ve been doing. Tell me what you think..
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
-3 sets, 10 reps of Flat Chest Bench
-3 sets, 10,10,8 Dumbell Flat Bench
-3sets, 10 reps single Bicep curls
-3 sets, 10 reps, straight bar Bicep burls
1 mile of running, and 2 miles on the bike
Tuesday, Thursday
3 sets, 10 reps of Back Front Pulldowns
3 sets, 10 reps of Behind Back Pulldowns
3 sets, 10 reps of Reverse Grip Pulldowns
3 sets, 10 reps of Dumbell Shrugs
3 sets, 10 reps of Laterals with Dumbells
1 mile running and 2 miles on the bike
Saturday- Some type of cardio.
Sunday- Rest
Also, I am decently active, I’ll play basketball and softball sometimes throughout the week
I take usually around 2 scoops of protein a day, one before I lift and once after and I eat pretty healthy as well..
What do you guys think? Will I lose fat and gain muscle with this workout?

Trying To Lose Fat And Gain Muscle?

So I am 6′1, 295, and 24 years old male. I have started going to the gym about a month ago and I am noticing that I am much firmer but not thinner. I work out for a little over an hour five days a week. I do 12 reps and four sets on each machine (not free weighted machine but controlled movement machine:
Pull-down(105lb), Triceps ext (100 lb), Seated Leg Curl (90 lb), seated bicep (65lb), seated shoulder press (35 lb), calf extension (210), abs (50lb 5 sets of 12), Seated leg extension (85 lb), row/rear deltoid (75 lb), pectoral fly (90 lb), hip abduction (180 lb), hip adduction (185 lb, chest press (55), and back extension (150 lb).
I give myself 30-1 min in between each finished set. Like I said, I am just starting and would like to get so advise on what I need to start doing to lose more fat as I get more muscle..

Excersizes To Target The Chest?

I am 5′10″, 195 lbs. I have been trying to lose some weight just for the sake of it and I am having a hard time trying to lose some fat in my chest.
Right now, I prefer to do power lifting on free weights and some cardio when i go to the gym. I don’t want to stop my power lifting, so are there some excersizes that can help shrink the size of my chest?

I lift weights and exercise normally because I am in football but i still seem to have a little bit of fat around the gut and chest area aka man boobs…I know that theres muscle in my chest area b/c i can feel them when i flex but it seems like there isnt very much muscle in the middle and the way theyre formed now they seem pointy and goofy looking…I was just wondering if there were any lifts or exercises that I could do to solve this problem thanks
